Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are clean, free of dog hair, and have original tags attached before placing them back in their original shipping bag or a secure box.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
